About Us

Technology that begins with people, not products

TKWIT Global is one international organisation working through two operational hubs — the United Arab Emirates and Sri Lanka — with the experience and partnerships to deliver enterprise technology programmes across the GCC, the wider Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Our Story

One organisation, two hubs, a single standard of work

TKWIT Global was built by engineers and advisors working in environments where downtime is measured in lost revenue, where regulators ask difficult questions, and where an infrastructure decision is lived with for the next decade. That is the discipline the company was founded on.

We work today through two operational hubs of equal standing. The United Arab Emirates and Sri Lanka each hold advisory capability and engineering depth; each designs, delivers and supports enterprise programmes; and each answers to the same standard of documentation, security and accountability.

That structure is deliberate. It means a client is never handed between offices, never receives a different quality of thinking depending on where the work lands, and always has one team answerable for the outcome — from the first conversation to the years that follow go-live.

United Arab Emirates

Enterprise advisory, solution architecture, engineering and programme delivery for organisations operating under commercial and regulatory scrutiny across the UAE, the GCC and the wider Middle East.

Sri Lanka

Enterprise advisory, engineering, implementation and managed operations for organisations locally and internationally, with the technical depth to support complex estates long beyond project completion.

Our Philosophy

Human first — understanding comes before technology

Most technology failures are not technical. They happen because a system was chosen before anyone understood the people who would have to live with it.

Understanding first. Engineering second.

Wherever an organisation operates, the objective is the same: technology that serves the business and the people inside it — and a partner who understands both before recommending anything.

We believe technology should never be recommended before the business is understood. A network diagram cannot tell you why a branch team works around the system, why an incident took nine hours to escalate, or why a platform bought three years ago is still only half adopted.

So we start with people — their objectives, their pressures, and the outcomes they are measured on. Products are simply the means of getting there, and the right answer is often smaller and more disciplined than expected.

Every investment should solve a genuine business problem, improve how the organisation operates day to day, and create value that can be demonstrated to whoever signed for it.

Our Approach

Four disciplines applied to every engagement

A consistent sequence that keeps decisions grounded in the business and removes surprises from delivery.

01

Listening

We begin with the people who rely on the technology every day — operations, finance, security and the teams closest to the customer. Their constraints shape the brief long before a product is considered.

02

Understanding

We assess the current estate honestly: what works, what carries risk, and what quietly costs the organisation time and money. Decisions are grounded in evidence, not assumption.

03

Planning

We design for the business the organisation intends to become, with a clear commercial case, defined phases and a realistic view of what can be absorbed without disruption.

04

Engineering

Only then do we deploy. Work is delivered under one accountable owner, documented properly, and supported beyond handover so the outcome holds over time.

Why Organisations Trust Us

Accountability is the product

Trust is earned in how an engagement is scoped, delivered and supported — not in what a brochure claims.

Independent advice

We are not obliged to any single vendor. Our recommendation reflects what the organisation needs to achieve, not what is easiest for us to supply.

Security as a starting point

Resilience and exposure are addressed in the design, not retrofitted after an incident forces the conversation.

One accountable owner

From physical infrastructure through to cloud and managed operations, there is a single point of ownership and escalation.

Two operating markets

Active delivery across the United Arab Emirates and Sri Lanka gives us regional proximity alongside a deep engineering bench.

Relationships over transactions

We structure engagements around long-term support and renewal, because the value of infrastructure is proven in year three, not week one.

Delivery that is documented

Designs, commissioning records and service reporting are handed over in a form the organisation can audit, maintain and build on.

Technology Knows No Borders. Neither Do We.

Start with a conversation, not a proposal

Tell us what your organisation is trying to achieve and what is standing in the way. We will come back with an honest, independent view of the options, the risks worth taking seriously and a delivery timeline you can plan around — no obligation either way.
